A lucrative business or job can be a key to greater opportunity. We provide support, training, and career development programs to help young people acquire quality skills to start their businesses or secure jobs hence creating stable livelihoods for their families and loved ones
while extending hands to others who find themselves in their shoes.

Africa’s young population represents an enormous opportunity for the future of the continent. To fulfill this prospect and address high unemployment rates for younger workers, the youth need access to career coaching and skills training. We strive to ensure African youth are equipped to be self-employed or become resourceful employees.
Many young people in Africa are striving to create new opportunities for themselves and their families while contending with the continent’s unemployment rates. We partner with organizations to help the youth get the training, jobs, and incomes they deserve to thrive.

As part of our main reasons of establishing this foundation, we strongly prioritize our Skills development/Training program. By offering the chance to Francis Ahuma Assem to be trained in cybersecurity, a training offered by Coders Clutch, a renowned Tech Company in Africa. Francis was an Information Technology student at Ho Technical University but was unable to complete it due to financial issues. He heard about our skills training project and ran to be a part of it – and today he is fully skilled in Cyber Security. Today Francis has offered to be a volunteer to Anchor For All Foundation and is currently impacting the skills he benefited from us into other applicants who are in his shoes.

While skills acquisition is challenging in Africa due to the high fees needed to be paid, the reward for a young person who has grown up in poverty or lost track of what to do in life can be priceless. For Francis, his skills acquisition will allow him to gain a full-time job as a cyber security engineer or start a business to help other people who find themselves in his situation. We are always looking for sponsors or donors who may be willing to offer a scholarship to people who want to learn a skill in Africa, particularly, Building and Construction, Carpentry, Website Development, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, Cyber Security, Cryptography, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence, Agriculture (Crop And Animal Farming), Fashion Design And Décor, Beauty And Massage, Catering And Hospitality, Arts And Craft to give back to the society.
